How AmaJova protects personal data.
This page explains how AmaJova uses personal data for OfferLink accounts, checkout, verification, order handling, support, security, and compliance.
1. Who we are
AmaJova operates OfferLink, a system that helps sellers package, present, and sell offers through a secure payment link.
For privacy purposes, “AmaJova”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the AmaJova business responsible for operating the OfferLink platform.
2. Personal data we collect

4. Who we share data with
We only share personal data where needed to operate OfferLink, protect transactions, provide support, or meet legal and compliance duties.
- Payment providers such as Checkout.com or Stripe for payment processing, payment security, chargeback handling, and related records.

- Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Supabase for hosting, storage, database, security, and platform operation.
- Communication providers used to send account, verification, order, and support messages.

We do not sell personal data.
5. Verification and payment safety
OfferLink uses a progressive trust model. Some orders, sellers, buyers, or payout requests may require verification or review before the next step can continue.
Verification helps us keep payments secure, prevent misuse, support dispute handling, and meet payment-provider and compliance requirements.
Some transactions or verification steps may require additional review to help protect buyers, sellers, and the platform.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect sessions, remember basic preferences, support checkout, measure usage, and improve reliability.
Our Cookie Policy explains the main categories of cookies and similar technologies we use.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including account operation, transaction records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal obligations, accounting, tax, AML/KYC, PSP requirements, and auditability.
Some transaction, verification, payment, dispute, payout, and audit records may need to be kept after an account is closed where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, or PSP reasons. Our Retention Policy explains the main categories in more detail.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your personal data. You can start by using our Data Request page.
Some rights are not absolute. We may need to keep certain information where required for legal, security, payment, dispute, fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance reasons.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
