Data Requests
Request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data.
This page explains how buyers, sellers, and account users can make privacy-related requests about personal data used by AmaJova OfferLink.
1. Requests you can make
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may be able to ask AmaJova to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal data.
- Provide access to personal data connected to your account, checkout, order, or support request.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete personal data where deletion is available under applicable law.
- Restrict or object to certain processing where applicable.
- Provide a copy of certain personal data in a portable format where applicable.
2. How to make a request
Contact AmaJova using the support or contact details published on the AmaJova website.
To help us locate the right records, include the information that applies to your request:
- Your full name.
- Your account email address or checkout email address.
- Your phone number, if used on OfferLink.
- Your order ID, OfferLink URL, payout reference, or dispute reference, if relevant.
- The type of request you want to make.
Do not send full card numbers, passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive documents by email.
3. Identity verification
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. This helps protect your account and prevents someone else from accessing or deleting your information without permission.
For some requests, we may ask you to confirm account details, order details, or complete a verification step before we respond fully.
4. Deletion requests
You may ask us to delete personal data where deletion is available under applicable law.
Deletion is not always immediate or absolute. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, payment, dispute, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, compliance, audit, or payment-provider obligations.
If we cannot delete certain records, we will explain the reason where appropriate and continue to protect the information.
5. Records we may need to retain
Even after an account is closed or a deletion request is made, AmaJova may need to retain certain records, including:
- Transaction and payment records.
- Order, delivery, revision, dispute, refund, and payout records.
- Verification and compliance records where required.
- Security, abuse-prevention, and audit records.
- Tax, accounting, legal, and PSP-required records.
Where possible, we limit retained information to what is needed for those purposes. Our Retention Policy explains the main categories in more detail.
6. How we respond
We aim to respond to valid privacy requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If a request is complex, unclear, or requires identity verification, we may ask for additional information before completing it.
7. What not to send
For your safety, do not send full card numbers, passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or sensitive financial documents unless AmaJova specifically requests them through an approved secure process.
If you are contacting us about a payment or order, provide the order ID or checkout email instead of card details.
8. Contact us
